In the 24-7 you can get drinks and food from the vending machine to increase your health but you can also play on video games as well but outside of a 24-7 there are little lanes or car parks outside but also there are trolleys which u can push round.

You can buy drinks and snacks to replenish your health, and play some arcade games there. Also, there's one in San Fierro in which outside, there are lots of trolleys you can push around

are you asking about the store? they are there b/c you can find flowers outside of them for girlfriends and also they are just carried over from past gta's that you could rob the store.
