Restore them from your backup. You did make one, didn't you?

if you did a system restore most likely you wont be able to get the files back, if you want try using R-studio data Recovery program it might be able to recover some of the files. you can download if from here http://www.download.com/R-Studio-Data-Recovery/3000-2094_4-10466621.html
