Corpse bride is a great idea. And it wouldn't be too hard to pull off. Do you mind if I steal that idea from you? As long as we aren't going to the same party, I think it'd be ok. Right?

How about the Corpse Bride's Maid?
Otherwise, be a beauty queen, but make your sash funny. It can say something like, "Miss Understood," or "Miss Represented."
What kind of nymph do you want to be? There are whole bunch of kinds: the woods, water, the ocean. You could have a lot of fun with the costume if you are most specific. If you want to be a forest nymph, use autumn colors and decorate with those fake autumn leaves!

I had higher expectations for 'The Corpse Bride'. Which seemed to me a little too similar to 'The Nightmare Before Christmas' which was a much better movie. There were so many more oddly laughable moments in it and the artistry of some of the animations were so much more exciting. 'The Corpse Bride' just bored me.

what about a mermaid ? Got to the hair salon and get something beautifull....maybe even extensions..........
and sea shells for a bra........
and after the costume details spray on some mysterious perfume............I think that a mermaid costume will give you the chance to have a complete disguise
dress, hair, accesories, etc...
A fairy is also beautifull
Don´t like corpse bride

I tend to like the funny ones. I was Static Cling one year, that was a riot.
I had all kinds of mismatched clothes pinned crazily to my outfit.
I borrowed someone else's noticeably larger floral bra, and put it on my back,
I had a pair of little boys underoos, all kinds of mismatched socks all over me.
I wore a very messy wig, with bits of leaves stuck in it.
I think I had a few dryer sheets & lint balls randomly stuck to me as well.
I made a pendant from a small can of static guard hot glued to a cord around my neck. It was very inexpensive, because all I had to buy was the small can of static guard.
It made for a memorable evening!
