It is usually 5 days and is regular but this month it was 2 days late and only lasted for 2 days and was quite a bit lighter but apart form that normal, oh and i'm 29.

are you taking any birth control pills. That can play a big factor into how long and or heavy your period is. or there could be other concerns such as pregnancy or a more serious issue. I had this once and asked my doctor about it and she told me that it was from the birth control. and the next month everything was back to normal

are you on any kind of birth control? Like Depo Provera?----this could make your period change a bit....
