Top it? Nahhh. Come close, perhaps. We also love Fools Rush In, Father Of The Bride, Pretty Woman, Overboard, The Truth About Cats & Dogs, Bridget Jones' Diary, Mickey Blue Eyes, Sabrina, and a few choice others. Love Actually is amazing though ;)

My personal favourites are:
When Harry Met Sally
The Truth About Cats & Dogs
Something's Gotta Give
I also think Playing By Heart is better than Love Actually. It's a similar premise, but with only four couples so it's easier to get attached to the characters. It stars Gillian Anderson, Angelina Jolie, Sean Connery, Gena Rowlands, Jon Stewart, Joy Mohr, Dennis Quaid, Anthony Edwards, and others.

Several of them.
Topping the list would be While You Were Sleeping. It Could Happen To You. Emma. Moostruck. Notting Hill. It Happened One Night. Roman Holiday. Bridget Jones's Diary. I'll stop now.
While I did enjoy Love Actually, it was only a 3.5 star film for me. The ones I listed are all 5 stars for me.

Oh my God! Yes! Love Actually, actually wasn't that great. Try Four Weddings and a Funeral or Notting Hill (same writer/director as Love Actually), Jerry Maguire, Never Been Kissed, Hitch, or (one of my favorites) Bridget Jones's Diary -- I just looooved the book.

I, as a man, don't like many love comedies, but I did like "As Good As It Gets" and "The Break Up"
