This will take time and patience. First you need to have a great cleaning regimine and make sure your using a toner day&night. What you will do next is make sure your exfoliating atleast once a week. Ill tell you why later...

Go to www.skintonecreations.com. Order the qlyquin, its bleaching cream. Its better than most at drugstores because it has a higher percentage of the bleaching agent hydroquinone. Put this cream on your spots (only SPOTS) day and night. Within 3 ks you will see improvement. You must use the cream until all the spots are gone. I had acne scars (brown spots) on one side of my face using this regimine it cleared up in say 3 -5 months. Also if your short on stash(money) use natures cure (homeopathic) acne tablets (walgreens, walmart, kmart any drugstore to help curb acne. So while your working on the outside they will be working on the inside.

Hope this helps if you need anything else hit me!

I have the same problem. If you have the money, LED red light therapy is very effective. It has done a remarkable job of fading my scars and generally healing breakouts. There is also a blue light but it is not as effective. Retinol products are also very helpful.
Good Luck!

For your scars there isn't much you can due to gwt rid of them. To reduce my own, I use a cream from Clean and Clear called Persa-gel-10. It contains benzoyl peroxide, which helps take off the layers of skin wherever you put it. Its an exfoliant in a cream, if you will. I hope that helps and please feel free to email any more questions!

Wash the face with cold water twice daily especially before going to bed .
Apply "Rakthachandan" available in Ayurvedic medical stores twice daily.
Or else, apply plain calamine (good quality) on the affected area twice daily .
Intake of enough water and vegetables also will help !
