Several studies were done in the past on the handwriting of identical twins. These studies showed that 2/3 were dissimilar while 1/3 showed some differences as well as some remarkable similarities. The factors affecting this are mainly external influences, however, genetic makeup does add into the equation. The same thing applies to fingerprints, which rely on factors and placement within the womb. Whorls and ridges are similar, but not exact. However, DNA will always be an identical match.

Identical twins have all their genes in common. That means that if something is purely determined by genetics (eg eye color), they will be the same. However, most things are not determined by genes alone, such as length and intelligence, and pretty much everything you have to learn.
Writing is obviously something you learn, but there is also a genetic predisposition to how well coordinated you are (level of clumsiness, if you want). I have seen parent and children's handwriting look very much alike. And since most twins grow up together, they are likely to learn the same things the same way.
So it is quite likely that identical twins have very similar handwriting - if they grow up together. And just like all other things you notice about 'identical' twins - the harder you look, the more differences you'll see.

No, handwriting is an acquired skill and so depends on how they were taught to write. Even if they were to learn from the same person the writing would only be similar and not identical. As a matter of interest they do not have fingerprints that are the same either.

I doubt it. Handwriting is probably mostly learned from experience. They may be more similar than two random people, being brought up in a similar environment and having similar muscle structure, but my guess is they'll be noticeably different.

I don't think so, just like a clone, they may have similar features but as soon as they interact with the environment everything, from the first roll of the eyeballs, changes.

No. They may be biologically identical, but their environment begins to shape them as soon as they're born.
