I just got married in June and I'm madly in love with my husband, we don't have any children yet, nor any plans for the near future, we have a dog and are building a new house right now and I can't wait to travel and see more of the world with him while we can, I also can't wait for the next stage of our lives which includes starting our family, I guess I'm just really happy to be spending forever with someone so wonderful! We've been together for almost 4 years and I still feel just as happy as when I met him, I honestly wake up every day and think about how good my life is right now and how lucky I am to be where I'm at!

Good for you Chick! I have been deliriously in love with my husband since I met him 20 years ago come Oct 9th :0) We have three gorgeous kids (most of the time they're gorgeous anyway lol) and have been married for 17 years. We got through some rough times, like losing our first daughter 10 weeks before she was due to be born. But we don't even argue and there is no-one else either of us would prefer to spend our time with then each other and the kids. I know how incredibly lucky we are and I thank God for that every single day. Stanridge who answered this question too - I wish you so well and hope that you find true happiness with a good woman! Meanwhile every good wish to you and your boys and well done for being there for them through what must have been a dreadful ordeal for you all.

I have a great man too. It hasn't been easy and it hasn't alway been a bed of roses but marriage is about sticking through it all thick and thin and yes in the end our love is greater and deeper for it all. The best thing about marriage is discovering how wonderful it is to be living with the best friend you ever had and having that person be your lover too.

I envy you. I am 40, divorced (not by choice) and raising my 3 boys myself. All I ever wanted was to have a happy family and home. Drugs destroyed it (her not me). Be thankful for what you got and work every day to keep it.
