Get a be-dazzler and decorate yours with rhinestones. Seriously, wear it whenever you like. Don't let something so petty affect your sense of self. She wears hers so often, eventually it will fall apart anyway. It's got to look worse than your by now, doesn't it?

Why would you stop wearing a shirt just because someone else has one like it? That's a waste of a shirt, and the money you spent on it.
If everybody stopped wearing the clothing that others have, we would all eventually end up nude 24/7. While there are some people who might like that idea, I would get too cold :-)

I dont think you should stop. Nine times out of ten Im sure you look much different than she in the does in the same shirt. The decision is yours but if you love the shirt ROCK ON..

I think the real issue is why doesn't she do her laundry? Or at least wear different types of things if she has multiple shirts like that.
Just wear what you want as long as you don't violate dress code. If this girl says anything about it and is offended, you can gently say that you like her style and you like that shirt a lot.

How does 'what she wears' matter so much...the important thing is_is the garb clean, well ironed out and presentable?if yes,it hardly matters WHAT she wears how often.Put urself in her shoes...may be she likes the top so much she cant get enough of it/she may not have shrits in plentiful & must make do with that...if ur are on good terms,u could ask, though it's rather rude to do so.It doesn't matter as long as its clean and she's a good co-worker and collegue

why does it matter what she has on? does it effect your work performance? maybe that is all she could afford. maybe she likes it...
wear whatever you want to wear. just cuz she wears them does not mean you cant. it is WORK for goodness sakes
if it bothers you that much. slip a gift certificate to a clothing store at her work station so she can buy something different

Maybe she can't afford another shirt. If you are so concerned give her yours....she obviously likes it more than you do anyway
