The laws are different in different states. Most of them give you a leeway on age difference. For example, if the minor is within 2-3 years younger than you regardless of age, it's not illegal. If it is illegal, what would her parents say? You are safe with this as along as her parents do not press charges. Check the law in your state, you may be surprised.

The age depends on what state you live in. Here in Illinois the age is 17 if there is no more than a three year difference. You may want to look it up online and see what you can find. Otherwise I would wait just to make sure.

You won't get in trouble unless she files a complaint with police or DA. Most likely your state allows consent at an earlier age. MA is 16. Some bonehead said it was 17.

depends on what state your in here in Ma she has the right to consent at 17 it might be the same in your state but at the same time at 17 is she ready
