Usually Sagat. Sagat in CvS2 and CvS has Excellent reach, good attacks, good priority, and damaging specials that are EASY to combo in with regular attacks.
It's true that Akuma is good, but he really isn't the fastest and he has really horrible vitality. (Low Life)
Mai isn't part of the Street FIghter Univerise.

Akuma has the most powerful attacks and is the fastest. You just can't beat a combination of Ken and Ryu in a superpowerful form :P

Mai the femme fatale in red!! with her red fan she can do a nice swirl of fire and throw burning fan towrds the opponent.
