Don't worry...you aren't the only one that feels that way. I'm sure you can find some new friends who enjoy things other than drinking and clubbing that you are also interested in. Don't spend your time miserable at clubs when that's not what you really want.

Why don't you find new friends that share the same interests as you. It's not hard to do. Everyone doesn't like to drink, smoke and hang out in clubs and bars. That's not what school is about. You should keep a level head and not let anyone pressure you into doing things that you don't want to do. Sounds like you're smart, good for you! Now go and find those new friends to hang out with. Study hard, it pays off in the long run!
Good Luck and God Bless!

No, not all students are like that. When I was in high school, I experienced the same thing except I was trying to have a more intimate relationship with God. I had to let them go because every weekend they wanted to go out drinking and smoking and parting at the time my ride was the only ride. I just told them that if couldn't continue to run with them and have a better relationship with God too so I made the decision to let them go because I didn't want to go to hell and I don't intend on going there either. You need to decide whats more important to you: Who you are as a person? or Trying to fit in to apart of the crown that you really don't care for doing their activites anyway? In the end the choice is going to be yours to make. God bless you.

Not all students live that way. Spend some time in the library and you just may meet some.
As for the friends that you already have suggest a movie or dinner out.

You don't...
Find new friends. There is never a reason to torture yourself with people who don't share your interests.
Join a club or organization-charity that will satisfy you. Be as wide range as possible in having friends and meeting new people.

It's gonna be tough.
Why not find some nerdy shut-ins like yourself to socialize with?
Oh that's right - they are all sitting in their rooms too
Oh well - sucks for you I guess

on the first ocassion, make it clear how far u r going.
normally, they will accept u as u r.
in the extreme case of u no longer being welcome, u can change ur social circle.
