I thought the EXACT same thing!! I think it's because the singer is a little bit vocally challenged, like Ciara, at least compared to their competitors on the radio like Christina Aguilera. Both their songs combine strong beats and simple melodies so that's why they sound so similar. Ciara's song "Oh" sounds exactly like it in some parts, in terms of chords and beats.

Hell yeah i was like what the f is ciara doing making the same song again. but those girls can really sing. I think all south music sounds the same though. I wonder if ce ce likes them lol. You know that they are all sisters and that there are 2twinds in the group

Most of these little girl groups sound alike. Its the voice enhancing equipment they use in the studio.
