going to exploit me. Calling their customer service was a hell. please is there anybody who have experience with them. I going to call them for my money.

If you opt out, how did they get your money? And calling their customer service rep shouldn't be a pain in the neck. Next time you call them demand you talk to a supervisor. I don't know what else to tell you? I went to the site and it appears it's through eBay and dropshipping etc. But I have no idea if it's legit or not. Go to the BBB (better business bureau) and list a formal complaint against the company and also look to see if there is anything about the company, legitimacy and complaints, praises etc. But do file a report ASAP!
