I received three "Best Answers" yesterday. Since then, Yahoo has notified me of the exact three approximately 8 more times!!!! Also, I have not been credited with these answers on my home page. So they CONTINUE to send me the GREAT NEWS but they do nothing about it!!

The same thing has been happening to me. Everytime I log into Yahoo! it tells me that I have 8 new emails and it's 4 of one "best answer notification" and 4 of another. How do you make it stop?
I wouldn't mind if it kept giving the points every time it notified me.

I got 3 best answers yesterday. Then I got 33 best answers today for the exact same answers. It's pretty annoying 'cause I don't get points for them, but I have to empty my e-mail account. I think there's a glitch in Yahoo!.
Yahoo! is like the Microsoft of web sites. There's always some sort of bug that needs to be fixed.

I'm wondering if the system is about to crash or something. I got 44 Best Answer notifications this morning and they were all for the same three questions that I answered some time last week. I think something's wrong.

I am up to over 30 notifications for the same two best answers now. It is kind of annoying!

NO, that is a hoax.. or mistake rather..
Where is the coffee break from yahoo when we needed?? lots of people have the same problem. I have over 100 emails - best answers! In the morning, I thought it was my record (mine is only about 15 answers a day max), but this is just an error email!

Same here I have been told I got Best answer for What did you think of Flight 93? and they have sent it too me about 20 times I want to know the same thing!

yeah!! i just got a best answer to a question 2 days ago and then when i checked my email today i had 12 emails from yahoo telling me the exact same thing. it was super annoying. i guess yahoo is just having trouble with that area, technical malfunction?

I've lost count, but I got MANY sets of repeated notifications for four answers, and they're still coming.

That question has been asked over five times in the last two hours and answered repeatedly. BUt for those of you who don't research - YES that is happening to everyone right now - it is being worked - be patient.
