From what I have heard Nicole Ritchie has an eating disorder. I know that many models do have eating disorders (anorexia or bulimia).
On a side note some models do cocaine or heroine which makes them thin because they loose their appetite. Very bad. I can't think of the supermodel's name who was just in trouble for that. She lost many contracts because of the drug use.

I can honestly say that I think 80-90% of models are just too thin. No adult who is over 5 feet should weigh 90 pr 100 lbs. It must be a miserable life to have to try to stay that small.
