I don't know about a company but you could check into schools where auto restoration is taught. It will still cost some money but not as much as a shop's services.

Since you are talking about a $50000 expenditure they would need a really great reason. If there was a reason like that millions of other owners of run down old cars would be on line ahead of you.

yes- but it has to be pretty rare and they need to get something out of it to like advertising say if you contacted A show like rides or pimp my ride, just canvas all the restorers/detailers,

some companies might want to do it if you allow them to use your car for advertising contact them in person and if you can bring your car be polite about it
