Only if the children in her class remember Doctor Quinn: Medicine Woman, which is unlikely. Quinn does rhyme with a lot of things, though. I'd suggest going through those rhymes and seeing if you can come up with anything vicious enough that middle-schoolers would do it.

I love this name. A friend of mine named her daughter Quinn Elizabeth and I think it's so pretty.
I'm trying to think on a kid's level and come up with some silly nicknames for Quinn, but I can't seem to think of any except maybe "Quit" - who knows how kids' minds work these days anyway!

I think it is a fine name. My name is Sky. I was teased to no end while in school (mostly elementary), but that period of my life came to an end and now I am left with a cool name. If you like the name I would suggest that you use it. Your own guidance and support will more than make up for any teasing that school kids might do to your child.

Shouldn't be. Quinn is harmless enough. Look at some of the other names out there that people give their children. Frank Zappa's daughter, for instance. Her name is Soleil Moon Frye!

My cousin named her daughter Quinn. I think it's cute, and I can't think of any reason why that name would be made fun of.

I like the name quinn but one of my husband's friends last name is quinn and everyone would tease my hubby bout the baby being his friends baby so its out for me lol.its cute though

I love it! I love uncommon & unique names! I don't think she would be made fun of. But, you know how kids are they think of anything. But also, who doesn't get made fun of when they are a kid for one reason or another, it's part of life & she will be fine i'm sure.

By the way, Frank Zappa's kids are named Diva Zappa, Moon Unit Zappa, Dweezil Zappa and Ahmet Zappa, not Soleil Moon Frye. That's a whole different person.
