I just left a job working in the legal department of a large bank... Yes they may garnish your account as long as they submit the paperwork to the legal department... Your bank has no choice to relinquish any funds available to cover the garnishment if they receive the paperwork issued by a government body.

I know state governments have the power to freeze bank accounts for non payment of child support so I am sure that the Federal Government can garnish as well as seize any property, bank account or otherwise for non payment of federal taxes.

I have a mark downs and bank account with economic company of united statesa.. I initially opened a economic company of united statesa. checking and mark downs acct. after I were given their alaska Visa card because of a promoting. I were given way more desirable helpful prices and deals throught the credit union so it quite is why I easily have the distinct debts with the credit Union over 2 seperate banks, in case you fairly like you economic company or discover more desirable helpful prices or facilities, inquire about establishing more desirable than one account the position you already are. - you're popular with what they do.(no surprises) sturdy success!

Wow, sounds like someone needs to get a grip on their life. If there is a bank account, they should be able to get him through that too, besides work.
