It's stupid. It revolves around headbanging, loud shitty music, drugs and swearing. The goth culture also goes hand in hand with the emo culture. One of the worst forms of life on this entire planet. Oh yeah, their clothes suck too. A black shirt with a cross and skullbones, black stockings with holes strewn about them, black skater shoes and hair that covers your whole face. And the girls attire is even worse.

Oh it's a culture? I thought it was a lifestyle. But just because you're a goth it doesn't mean you're not smart or athletic or talented or anything. It's just dressing in black. Maybe some hardcore goths actually take it to the next level but I don't see why you can't dress entirely in one color without people judging you.

It's silly really. Why would you intentionally cast yourself in a 'dark light' and give everyone the impression that you are a psycho depressed morbid person. Even though it's probably not the case, you will get stereotyped so much it's just silly to dress up like that.
Guys shouldn't wear make-up! haha
Myself, I love to wear black... as in black rock band t shirts and stuff like that.

its cool cause the bottom line of it is they're giving a big F*ck you to conformant lifestyle......
it prooves a point as well i have a couple of goth mates and theyre the sweetest coolest mates i have, i just love seeing people shout stuff at them cause they really dont have a clue what its all about,

I think it is a fashion statement, and it gives insecure teens that don't quite fit into the jocks and the preps and the nerds, a place to go and have friends with people who feel similar.

Who cares? I mean so what if the like to listen to a certain type of music and dress a certian way.......Most people do this, Their clothing of choice just doesn't happen to be all black.

hmmm.....never did think about it much. I suppose everyone has a right to dress how they want. Now that I'm thinking, it may be kind of interesting.
