oh yes.
marital art is far more intricate than martial art.

I'm trying to understand how this question relates to marriage and divorce. Could it be that martial arts are needed to go through a successful divorce w/o sustaining injury?
Not sure.
Anyway, for your question, it sounds like semantics to me, but you may have a point...
