At the bottom of the screen there is a advertising banner that i cant find a way to get rid off, does anybody know how to do that.

my daughter has the same phone and i think she went into her 3 settings and onto browser settings to remove it i have same phone but don,t have the banner the only other way is to contact 3 and ask them to remove it or go onto thier website for guidance sorry couldn,t be more help

go to verizionwireless.com and pull up the user manual for the lg8360 and when you have the manual up theres a little set of binoculars click on that and type in banner. it will take you right to the spot in the manual. good luck

Try taking it to the mobile service store, they will remove it for you.
