i wouldnt advise getting pregnant while using the patches, if you were already pregnant, your doctor would not prescribe them for you as they still contain nicotine.
Keep going with the patches, and after you have stopped using them and quit for good, then start trying for the baby.

Ask your doctor if it would be safe having a baby with the patch. I am assuming the patch releases some nicotine to help you quit slowly. If that is the case, wait until your done. But, ask your doc because they know best and congrats on quitting smoking!

That's a question I'd ask your doctor. I've taken the patch, but I don't know whether or not it has any effect on an unborn child. Consult him first, then see what's best for you and yours. Good for you to quit smoking, I'm on my way too!!!!

Isn't it funny.....my mother smoked like a fiend when she was pregnant with not only my sisters (in the 40's) but also me (in the 60's) and we all came out ok.

Thats brill girl give yourself a major pat on the back , and dont give up. I would try now . It will give u something else to focus your mind on and be a damn good excuse not to start the habit again

I think you can start anytime, as long as you don't smoke anymore, but check with the doctor.

As soon as you are off the patch then you'll be ready to het pregnant.
