For shoes alone Journeys
And for bags alone.. well pretty much anywhere if I am not looking for a designer purse.. actaully just a few weeks ago I got a really cute bag from Wal Mart it was around 12 bucks and its well made. You could never tell I paid that less or that I purchased it from Wal Mart!!

I love going to Macy's and Burdines, they have the best and all the bags and good prices to. Shoes definitly would have to be at Steve madden, 9 west, or DSW.

Target is the best! It is the upperclass Walmart, Great baby things at great prices
Nice stylish purses and shoes, and most of them have a Starbucks in the store.
