My parents raised me well, yet taught me the cruel ways of the world by living in it. I don't hold it against them, it's only made me stronger, but I have no relationship with them now because of it. I choose a happier lifestyle than that in which I was raised so my daughter doesn't ever have to see the kind of crap I did growing up. Although, they did teach me morals, optimism, and various other positive things that I have chosen to apply to my life, and all the negative things, I've learned from and eliminated those things from being a part of my life. If it doesn't kill you it can only make you stronger.

i wouold give my parents an 8 out of 10. They did a good job but as normal ppl they THOUGHT wht they were saying is and always will be correct...but for the most part they were accurate in their statements...i think once u grow up and have ur own responsiblities such as paying for ur car, phone and blah...u'll soo realize

My parents really didn't teach me much in the way of life experiences. I had to learn them for myself.. no matter how good or bad they were.

On a scale from one to ten, I'd say my mom was about a 4, and my dad about a 2.

i have a hard time.....i think i know they mean well but they get on my nerves and sumtimes i wish they'd butt out of my nearly 19 yr old life just a lil and let me kinda live my own life...or when im on my own i wont be able to as well

on a scale of 1-10 my parents would definitly score 1000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000................... they would do anything for me and have taught me to respect yourself and others and how to be a better person and to threat every1equally,,,, theyre amazing :-D

i have to say i have great parents, not always appreciated when i was a teenager but who does, but i know that if i ever needed help all i would have to do is ask
