We all do. The question is why do we?

With all the media blitz about how cool it is to be drinking the right beers or soft drinks, wearing the right clothes and doing all the exciting things like jumping off of cliffs and stuff, driving a fast car, it's not surprising that some folks think their life is boring.
We need to get back to reality, realize what enjoyment there can be in simple things, like a hike, checking out interesting things in a store, good conversation, close friends, pets, a hobby, and maybe even helping out someone else who may need it.

Take time to smell the roses

Yes. I believe it's a built-in indicator that it's time for a change. Take a risk and do something exciting! Let your mind wander and imagine what you might love to do, but have never dared (caveat: I'm NOT advocating criminal activity here). Americans are particularly prone to boredom for various reasons (spoiled by affluence, imagination stunted by the media, etc.) Maybe get involved in something cross-cultural, either locally or by traveling. Meeting new and/or different people can spark interest in life. Or, volunteer in your community doing something you think you might enjoy. Having a positive impact on your environment can make life feel a lot more satisfying!

Yes I do. I am now so bored with my life, that I plan on changing it in January when I go back to school. I am bored with work, bored with paying bills, bored with living in my apartment. It is a never ending cycle I am in. Humans need something to break that cycle, not just glimpses of hope like a vacation or something. That is just a fleeting moment. Humans need more than that to sustain it.

Yes, I get bored of life. Monotony is the key factor for life to turn boring. To beat it, I spend time with children, read books or work a sketch.

Aren't we all just walking, talking stardust? Bits of the cosmos become awake and looking back at itself?

Is that cool or what?

Why can't we just relax, enjoy the beauty of it all, and play in the dance?

It will all be over soon enough.

Why create our own suffering through endless greed? Isn't that crazy?

Hell, yeah! But if I never was bored, I wouldn't appreciate better times as much as I do.
