Definitely, Why? Planning on doing something about it? If so, just make it quick and painless, preferably with no nukes or anything else that would hurt the planet.
And maybe do it so there aren't a lot of bodies lying around afterwards. Ugh, the smell...

i think the world is over populated. and i think there are too many people who don't care about the earth.

The earth is self-correcting.
When there are too many people for the earth's resources to sustain, people die in large numbers to reestablish the equilibrium.
