Hi everybody from Athens, Greece. I would really appreciate any suggestions on nutrition after delivery. I managed not to gain much weight during pregnancy-thank God for prenatal yoga classes!- and I wonder if there are any tips that would help weight loss during breast feeding. thanks a lot, Helen

Eat and drink to your hunger and thirst.
Breastfeeding will help you burn lots of extra calories.
Immediately post-partum you shouldn't do anything extra to lose weight.
