highlight of the final?
I thought the headbutt was AWESOME, after all that softtail, grab butt playing (sad but true but it worked obviously) I was finally relieved to see some aggression and some one to start playing like men!

Think about it.The American so-called football should be called soccer since it is only two percent of the entire game that they actually kick the horse(ball).
Soccer is for civilized folks and it was created by the real English and it has more prestige than your Bull fighting you call football.
Travel to other parts of the world and see how they subject your game to ridicule.
Maybe that is why is is only played in America and enjoyed by pork chewing fat waisted ignorant folks.
Also,it is the only game that can never make it to the olympics.
I did not intend to be this hard,but when someone says something bad about the beautiful game,you incure my wrath.

the highlight of the world cup was all of the Italian players celebrating at the end, kissing that trophy and holding it up so the whole world can see while the french rip their 2nd place medals off their necks!!!
by the way, all of the rumours about what matterazzi said to zidane are not true. they went to that fifa hearing (and the punishment, if they found out matterazzi said a racist remark not fitting with fifa fair play thing then they would strip Italy of its title - the 4 STARS still remain so i guess he didn't say anything) in any level of sport people bad mouth other players to try to get them off their game and this time it worked. So even if matterazzi said anything (which i think he didn't) than the true "legend" Zizou should of been the better person, gone out with some class and try to beat Italy!! that is the truest form of revenge and i would much rather be seeing zidane head footballs then other peoples chests!!

lol....the headbutt was awesome! nobody was expecting that but it happened and i loved it when people started to make different videos of it..it was just so funny.. and yea Americans dont enjoy watching soccer cuz they think its gay and no its not,its actually called football and its the best sport ever,its the most common sport played in the world.

i was almost asleep but my eyes were really widen by that accident..it was a shock for a calm and always patient legendary football player to do so..so i guess it means that Materazzi really did said really bad words to Zidane..
p/s:France dude?don't you know who that 'France dude' is?? that is the LEGENDARY football player,Zinedine Yazid Zidane a.k.a Zizou..to me he is still a legend because regardless of his headbutts,he indeed possesses such remarkable football skills..he is the maestro and the genius in football..VIVE ZIDANE!! somehow,why won't Italy fans and France fans stop the war already? It's over,congrats to Italy..but France is a winner too,in its own way..

Yes. I do. The final was underwhelming, considering that it was The Final after all. But you should check out shots of the Italians celebrating afterward, now, THAT was exciting. Two guys were rolling about on the ground necking.

You know, Zidane's head butt was mild compared to some of the stuff I've seen go on on soccer fields. I guess everybody is making a big deal out of it because it happened during the world cup final, and it was Zidane. He's still my son's idol.
