Freddy Mercury's voice is one of a kind. Probably one of the greatest voices in rock n roll ever.
To me, the GREATEST rock n roll voice of all time (as in 'mind-blowing' as you put it) is Chris Cornell.
I actually dont know the other people.

Sorry I don't know the other artists but Freddy was absolutely awesome. I don't know of any other singer who had that vocal range.
September 5 would have been his 60th birthday and they are having a blowout party in England to celebrate. I don't know of any other artist (except Elvis) who's fans are still that rabid. Check out www.Queenonline.com
