Isn't there a way you can get her for her threats on you? I would contact the State Attorneys office in your area (they are the ones who will proceed with the case against your uncle). They can give you all the advice you need. I worked for the State Attorney's office in our area and they do have victim programs. Call them NOW. I hope it works out for you. I'm sorry you're going through this nightmare. If she is illegal, she may be afraid to call the cops. I don't know if they'd pick her up for the illegal part though. Tell the State Attorneys office that she is illegal also. The fact that she's married to your uncle....I don't know what the laws regarding that would be but you may be able to get her deported and out of the picture altogether. Best of luck to you. Don't be afraid to make that phone call. THEY WILL GIVE YOU ALL THE HELP YOU NEED (the know all the resources).

Whatever you do DO NOT drop the charges. My friends mom got raped by her uncle and his wife kept denying it and it caused a lot of problems in the family, eventhough there were never charges. Tell your aunt to go to hell, he deserves to be in jail because it could be another innocent girl next.
