Surely your paper can't be that long. My theory is, they have no imagination in Hollywood.
So lets go with Star Wars episodes 1, 2, and 3. I know lots of people liked them, but to me, they ruined the original
Matrix 2
Superman 3, 4
Batman and Robin
Batman Forever
Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome
Big Top Pee Wee
Miss Congeniality 2: Armed & Fabulous
Speed 2
Any Friday the Thirteenth, Freddy Krueger, Jason Vorhees movie AFTER the first one.
Caddyshack 2
Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom
Men in Black 2
Any Rocky movie past the first 2
Terminator 3
Deuce Bigalow European Gigolo
Dumb and Dumberer When Harry met Lloyd
Predator2
Shrek 2
The Whole Ten Yards
All the Chucky movies past the first one
There are many more, but I don't have all day to type.

Just look at the Summer line up the only movie worth seeing was a sequel...Pirates of the Caribbean
The worst ones are Scary Movie sequels,
and Sequels that don't have the same actors in them like Bring it On, the Splash sequel, The Son of the Mask, Inspector Gadget sequel, The good ones are Indiana Jones series, The Star Wars Series, Back to the Future series, and I did enjoy Pirates....
Within the last year if you notice we have been seeing a lot of Japanese Horror movies like The Grudge, Silent Hill, Wolf Creek, The Hill's have Eyes, etc because they are cheap to make and dont have to make a lot of money at the box office...we need to get back to good writing but I think everything's been there done that and there arent may things to write about now.

"The Wicker Man", which is an Asian movie that American cinema has surely butchered. That's due to come out either tonight or next Friday. "Dallas", which is going to be made eventually, is going to be an awful movie based on an even more awful late 70's/early 80's television series. It's slated to star Jennifer Lopez and John Travolta. Although I loved "Snakes On A Plane", there have been rumors that a sequel will be made, and if it is, I will probably cry. Oh, and the new "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" that's going to be a prequel to the original...yeah. Enough said.

And the winner for the worst movie sequel of all time goes to:
"The Godfather, Part 3."
Doing Tom Hagen again was an offer that Robert Duval could refuse, and he did. They all should have.

I heard that they are in production of an Ace Ventura sequal that will not have Jim Carrey in it. That's a mistake, just like Dumb and Dumberer and Son of the Mask.

The matrix was great, but the sequals were crap. Is that what you mean or are you only asking for things that are currently in production?
