It depends on what type of holiday you are up for. Based on where I have been, I would go to Spain or Portugal if I was looking for a lazy holiday, you know lazing by the pool or soaking up the sun at the beach. Now if you like to visit pretty things such as views or historical buildings then the west of Ireland or Scotland would be your place. However if its the sun you like but still want a bit of site seeing then Italy is perfect, there you have the sun, beach, pretty buildings and VERY good food. If you have never been to France that is worth a visit also, they have the best camping in the world down south and the Effie tower needs to be seen. Now if you like English speaking holidays I would advise somewhere in the U.S or England. London would be great for shopping, if that’s your thing. California has the beach, sun, shopping and a ton of amusement parks you can go to. I have never been to the east of the US but I heard Boston is worth a visit and New York. I have never been to any of the eastern countries like Asia or India but I have heard they are like nowhere else and should be seen your life, south Africa is also meant to be beautiful. Good look anyway (are you planning a trip somewhere?)

***TENERIFE***
Fantastic place for all the family or if your on your own.But if you can check out any hotel before staying or booking as some can be a bit horrid to say the least,Also some get a bit over crowded so budget is not always the best way to go.
Ive been there with the family also with just the misses and always was a great time but we also when on a timeshare type package..
flights were included + all transfers + champagne reception + 4-5* hotels.
Feel free to ask anymore about tenerife as ive been there a few times now.:) we consider it a home from home so we have now got use to the local people - areas - do's and don'ts..
hope this helped

depends on your interests and budget, if money is not a problem, then try -
malaysia - has the most value-for-money 5-star hotels in the world. Gbp 50 @ pppn, you can only go for a b&b in london.
Japan and singapore - the safest and cleanest places on earth, the most tourist-friendly countries i would say.
