I had this one for the boy scout troop years ago . have groups of 3 , 1 boy is the mummy and the other 2 have to wrap him with toilet paper . the team with the most of the person covered with one roll and in the 2 min. time limit wins . this also promotes working along side on another , We made a point in putting together the boys that never worked with each other , instead of their pals ...

have a pie throwing contest at each other but make the pies orange and black. another is in the Scary Stories treasury they have scary stories that go with games. try conjuring a ghost like bloody mary too. get someone ahead of time to agree to be freaked out like they actually saw it so it freaks others out

ya, midnight spin the bottle. stay up till midnight and start talking about scary movies, it the person youre talking to guesses the movie wrong they spin the bottle and the person they kiss starts talking about a movie and so on and so forth. its kinda fun.

hang "ghosts"(sheets) in trees out side. Hide a walkie talkie in the tree. Someone inside makes comments to kids as they pass the tree.....like your red shirt.......how's your brother bill?.... etc. it is funny to watch the reactions!!

do the Blind guessing game. set up bowls with yucky feeling stuff in them for them to feel blindly and guess what it's supposed to be. like..........a bowl of spaghetti, label it Worms and see if they can guess spaghetti....or a bowl of olives labeled Eyeballs..........................
