My kids used to have books like that. They were made of puffy vinyl plastic and had about 4 pages with pictures of Ernie and his bath toys in them. Too bad they outgrew them when they got old enough for books with words.
I think the problem is those 4 page books were about an inch thick and really pricey. It would be tough to do a 200 page best seller that way.

i love to read in the tub to..they make a sliding table that hook's on to the side's of the tub u put ur book on there to keep it out of the water u can also put a candle a glass of wine or whatever and enjoy ur bubble's with out getting the thing's wet

how would u be able to read a floating book anyway? umm, sorry, but i could never read a book that is floting around me in a tub,, lol
