Do you mean a "BUNTLINE SPECIAL"? Coz if you do its a non existant western revolver supposedly given to Wild Bill Hickock by the Colt factory Via a chap called Ned Buntline around 1876. It has a 12 inch barrel and was .45 in calibre. Problem, Colt NEVER made pistols with that length of barrel on them and Mr Buntline did NOT give said revolver to Mr Hickock. Next bit, around the 1950's when cowboy films were at their height and the "Hollywood" cowboy appeared, the Buntline Special featured in a few films, it was then made by a couple of gun makers but never cought on with the shooting fraternity.
