Call the Better Business Bureau and they can halp you find the right way to report the issue. Contact your bank if money was pulled from your account without an authorization from you. Merchants cannot pull funds from an account unless they have an authorization from the account holder.

You can fill out a complaint form on line, and they will inquire about it at no cost to you. You can also see if they have any other complaints against them, and if they are registered or not.
Along with doing this, contact your state's attorney's office to begin litigation proceedings.
