what can i do?

i have a really stiff neck what can u use besides taking asprin or using a heating pad?

you can cross your legs. whenever i get a stiff neck i just simply cross my legs at the knee and the pain goes away within a half hour

Go to a Chiropractor. It really helps and most insurance plans cover it.
