Depends on what kind of clothes you like. If you're into "preppy" things, stores like American Eagle, Hollister, and Old Navy would be for you. Or, if you're on a budget, Goody's, Marshall's, and TJ Maxx.
If you're into more alternative clothing, Hot Topic is a good place, and Goodwill.

I have a 17 year old sister and she usually goes to stores like Hollister and and H and M, and JCPenny, and Boscoves. hoipe u find what u r looking for.!
