Instant oatmeal (in the single serving packages) is not healthy, but it only takes two minutes to cook oatmeal in the microwave. Just put 1/2 c. quick oatmeal in a bowl with 1 c. milk and some raisins. Cook for 2 min. it's quick and very healthy. Ya got your fruit, dairy, grain.

Hey, for me the healthiest breakfast in the morning is porridge .It doesn't takes time to cook and completes the intake of milk too.To make it more tastier you can add small cardamom(choti elaichi) to sweet porridge and if making a salty one ,you can add vegetables to it and then eat it with butter.
