Look carefully and honestly into all the circumstances, personal and other in the past and present, which have led you into these uncontrolled outbursts of anger. Calm reflection on all the factors which have made you this way may help. Monitor your behavior from episode to episode to see if you can control your fits of anger better. If you are unable to do so, seeing a counsellor--and be sure to find a particularly good one--may help. You have already taken the first step in asking for advice.

i understand. the term 'anger management' has been burned out by society playing with it so much in the media but let's talk about it. anger management is a system used to separate your thinking and behaviors into groups. once the groups have been formed, each session takes you through a series of steps designed to get you to see why you do what you do whenever you do it. you aren't the only person out there who has trouble controlling their behavior, but to you, you are alone, because you' re not connecting with the world around you. I would suggest anger management classes. it's the thing you least WANT to do: share your feelings with others and take the chance that they'll see you as you really are. it's scary, you know? rejection, acceptance, these are heavy topics, but looking thru your attic of thoughts and feelings is the only way you'll ever get a grip on your behavior. most of these classes are free, and are only an hour, once or twice a week. you'll meet other people who are in the same boat as you. you'll never get ahold of yourself if you don't take the bold, fearless steps toward your goal by getting this sort of help. good luck, and by the way, i know what i'm talking about, i have practiced what i just preached, and i'm not mad any more. not full of fear that other people will get to know me, i'm not afraid to let anyone look into my life and see what they want, and i don't feel to blame for everything that goes wrong any more. i cope now, and i'm happier.

Remember that being angry is a choice. You chose to feel angry and you CAN choose to stop feeling angry. People don't do things intentionally to make you angry. Things just happen. The world is not out to get you.
You are choosing your behavior and YOU CAN choose better behavior. Anger is a choice!

If this is something you cant controll it sounds like youd need to seek help. If you can control it on your own you just need to learn to quit.
