Have you tried wearing orthotics? The reason you have bunions is your arches have collapsed and the bones in your foot are being forced into unnatural positions.

No, I have one on each foot and they just get bigger and more painful. Surgery is the only way to get rid of them. P.S having bunions have nothing to do with collapsed arches. My arces are fine and I still have bunions
