I just started taking microgynon 30 and recently experienced vomiting and diarrhea. I'm wondering if this is related to the oral contraceptives and whether I should continue or stop taking the pill. Has anyone else experienced these side effects from the pill?

Microgynon 30 is a monophasic pill (only one dose of estrogen and progesterone during the 21 days) with 30 µg estrogen and 150 µg levonorgestrel... So chances are these effects are related to the pill, if I were you I would contact your doctor and ask him if you could try a different dosage pill or possibly a multiphasic (varying doses) pill.

i had really bad side effects on them i turned into raving lunatic i was sooo aggresive. Never had what your experiencing thou, could it be a bug?? use extra protection when being intimate as you may not be protected against pregency if your vomiting.
