about two weeks ago i got the best answer on a question and starting last night i have had thirteen e-mails from yahoo answers telling me that my answer was picked as best. any ideas how to stop this. anyone else having problems.

I was hoping that someone else was having this same problem, it's not just one e-mail but 30 to one best answer. I guess give lousy answers and you won't get any more???

yes. I've gotten like 20 this morning all for points and best answers that were 5 or 6 days ago.
Hey! Yahoo...you got a glitch going on. Stop sending me your emails for right answers over a week old.

YES. I've been getting them for two days. I wondered if anyone else was having this problem. Glad you asked the question. The notices are always for the same two questions. I hope someone posts an answer on how to stop this.

Yes, I've had a load of emails in the last 24 hours for a couple of best answers. It didn't used to happen, must be a problem with the system.

Yes, when I logged onto my computer this morning I had 230 best answers. I was like Whoa, that's a lot of points. Only to find out they were repeats. So no more points were added. I am still getting emails it's getting VERY annoying!!! lol

I've received approximately 30 emails telling me that I have the best answer on the same three questions.... I got all excited thinking I had 30 best answers! LOL

Yes, this happened to my email address too last night. I wonder what it was. Maybe a staff member fell asleep with his finger on the send button. LOL
I had 94 messages this morning from that.

I am having the same problem. I have received over 20 emails saying that I have the best answer. I wish they would give me points for every email that they sent me.

It has been a continuous irritation for the past nine hours with one message pouring in every 25 min. If u find out lrt me know too.

Same thing is happening to me. I've gotten around 10 emails today telling me I have "best answer" for the same question. Very strange.
