ok its not THAT serious, but i just think its crazy. what makes these people think they have the power to decided whether pluto isnt a planet anymore or not? like really....since when do humans own the damn planets and decide what to do with them, i think its just stupid.

They are professionals and leaders in their field. They have earned the power. Humans don't own the planets, but we are trying to find ways to better define what we know. As our understanding changes, so will our definitions.

Pluto can no longer be a planet because its only made of ice...in the past they did not have ways of checking that out!!!

a little thing called science and the definition of "planet". If they didn't have categories, the moons of all the planets would be considered planets to... and they're not.
