Well, chat rooms are actually online places where people use their computers to come together to discuss about various topics in real time.
You can use applications like mIRC (internet relay chat) to access those chat rooms.
Alternatively, major service providers like MSN, Altavista or Yahoo also provide with Chatrooms as far as I remember.

Chat rooms means the particular group u will belong and chat with ppl live and direct e.g Catholic chat 30's love, Education and so on.

it is a place where u can talk with different ppl and get to know their culture and have some talk about life and weather and each one's interests and it got lots of interesting feature like talking on microphone or even se each other on the chat rooooms so it is alot of things tat makes u kill time when want have some time off or when u ned to spend some time to relaxe.
