Mr. Clean's Magic Eraser - it is a wonderful product and will remove the toughest marker stain.

I don't think it will come off the grout, but try undilited bleach. On the tiles, use Windex and a used dryer sheet. That should take it right off. May even help with the grout.

Use a product called Goof Off. It's a bit smelly but will do the job. You can buy it any Home Depot paint department. You can also try using some Lestoil straight from the bottle.

Magic Eraser works wonders...BUT!!! it will take the shine off of the tile where the marker was...so be very careful!!

I see one other person suggested Goof Off. It is really good stuff to keep around for the hard-to-remove stain.
It does stink, though, so you have to be careful. It smells like paint-thinner, and it's not really safe to have around where the kids could get it.
