when i say dangerous the only danger is my kidneys will collapse and I'll die so it's not a problem effecting others dangerously, just me

It sounds like you are sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. Being sick and dependent on medication to maintain your health can be very depressing. Talk to your doctor. Tell him/her that you aren't reacting well to your meds. There may be something else for you to try. Feeling bad physically brings you down mentally, emotionally and physically. Keep trying to find the right meds for you it will make a difference in your attitude when they have the right affect.
Side note: put a slash mark on your calendar for every time you took your medication that day. Helps me remember.

What is the driving factor behind your "semi on purpose" forgetting? I suspect that you have learned that your blood pressure meds are affecting your sex life.
Hypertension (high blood pressure) is called the silent killer for a good reason. It does it's damage without pain or discomfort until a catastrophic, sometimes final, event.
Next time you are thinking about skipping a dose, just remember, it will be even more difficult to have sex if you are deceased.
PLEASE take your meds as prescribed. If you are having unwanted side effects, talk with your doctor about it and get "the" little blue pill or adjust the ones you are taking.

I am diabetic and am supposed to take my oral meds twice a day. I used to blame my forgetfulness about taking that second dosage on the eratic evening work schedule I had. I changed jobs and now have no excuse. I know I just am in denial of its importance...although in my brain, I know I have it and could begin to have real problems like other relatives in my family. I had to make a commitment to myself to act on this need. I carry an extra dose in my purse, in case I leave home and "forget".

My meds are all pain relief, if I forget to take them then I generally have serious problems walking. Not good...

print this out and take it to your doc. maybe s/he will give you some extra for when you puke. or let you know why you HAVE to take them. i think its odd we can do all kinds of dangerous things to our body but suicide is illegal.
