I needed a place to live, my room-mate was getting married and I had to find a place of my own, a friend of mine bought a house and rented it to me, I repayed him one year later by buying the house from him.

As a former addict a friend gave me some money to leave town, six years later i'm clean and sober and talk to him all the time. he had a really great job so the travel money didn't barely affect him.

Watch their kids overnight. Turned into two nights instead of one like I was promised. So I let the kids wreck the place as payback.

when i split with my ex i packed all my stuff and my daughters stuff into the car and drove off..i left a voice mail for my cousin tellin her i was on my way to stay for a while. thankfully she was cool with it and looked after us for a month or so with no hesitation.
i will alwyas be there for her come hell or high water and thank her silently ever day for saving me x

A friend put me on her credit card so I could afford to fly back with my family to my mother's funeral. I paid her back asap in full. I had access to the money, just not as quickly as I needed it.
