The shi**y service you complain about could possibly be the postal service and not Netflix.

If you look on their website I believe its there...If not email them with the question and maybe they will get back to you. I know how you feel I switched to Blockbuster but they arent any better either cuz they just raised their prices and all the new movies are always a long wait...
